  • Both Hot Process and Cold Process available for mixing Creams, Lotions, Gels, Shampoos, Conditioners, Pomades.

  • Tank batch sizes can fulfill ranging from 15 gallons to 3,000 gallons.

  • Capable of mixing over 15,000-20,000 gallons of a variety of products per day. (This capacity can easily be increased by adding additional shifts and compounding staff).

  • 30 cubic feet blender for mixing dust free dry products such as bath salts and potpourri.

  • High Sheer, fast speed Mixing to create emulsion products.

  • Counter Rotational Agitation for dual motion better, consistent mixing.
